Introduction
Ding Cheng Nano Co., Ltd. operates globally under the brand Gas Injection Worldwide (GIWW). The FX series gas-assisted controllers include a single-channel system (GPC FX-1) and a dual-channel system with two independent control circuits (GPC FX-2).
The system adopts European technology integrated high-pressure proportional solenoid valves, installed together with the control system inside a compact housing. A second high-pressure proportional solenoid valve is installed in a separate housing (GCM).
Both proportional valves are operated through a portable 4-inch color touchscreen, which allows operators to set process parameters and monitor gas pressure in real time. The system supports Chinese language display, making operation convenient for customers in China and Taiwan.
