※3 Dew point accuracy values are factory reference values and are not guaranteed specifications.

※4 MG40 is a dew point meter for atmospheric air. Measurement should be conducted using the probe directly.

※5 MG40A-P is a dew point meter for compressed air. Measurement should be conducted using the supplied tubing (4L2000).

※6 When used or stored in environments containing gases such as sulfur dioxide (SO₂), hydrogen chloride (HCl), ammonia (NH₃), acetic acid, xylene, toluene, dichloromethane, etc., sensor deterioration may occur, and recalibration may be required within a short period.
